Great product and does exactly what is described . These products are definitely working for me...according to my CGM, my glucose stabilizes after taking my regiment and with a walk after eating. I ran across this company on Facebook. Listened to the ingredients and how they were sourced and processed. Decided to give it a try. Love the ACV Capsules. I was drinking the liquid ACV in a glass of water, but find it hard to drink because of the taste, and what it would do to tooth enamel. Three caps are equivalent to the 750 mg of acetic acid which is perfect. The ACV also helps prevent acid reflux overnight when I feel one possibly coming on.

This product is well worth the price. The flavor is a light citrus flavor that mixes dissolves well, and tastes great. After a couple of weeks I'm finding myself not thinking about food all the time and I'm full about half way through my dinner. I've even purchased the single packs to take with me to Greece!!

I’ve been having good results using the trio of Good Fibes, Dihydroberberine, & ACV. My mind is less foggy, and inflammation in my hands is noticeably gone & hunger is under control. I immediately dropped 8 pounds and have been holding now at my personal “healthy weight”. Eating properly with a little prepping and planning is easy with this trio. I’ve been pretty much following an 18:6 fasting cycle, no sugar, very low carbs but will eat protein if I’m truly hungry regardless of the time. Don’t over do the fiber at first like I did. I only do half a scoop, twice per day. I plan to continue this as part of a sustainable healthy lifestyle.

This product has been a ge changer for me! I've been having very loose to watery bowl movements since I started taking Magnesium Glusinate for nighttime muscle cramping ( painful!). No more cramping but loose a lot of fluid with loose stool. Since taking this product before noon meal, my morning stool is finally formed!!! It's easy to take especially if I dissolve powder with sparkling water with plain water. Nice tast too. Thank you!
