  • Availability: We ship to Canada, United Kingdom, India, France, Germany, Australia, Greece, Hong Kong, Croatia, Malaysia, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Brazil, Sweden, Singapore, Thailand, Hungary, Israel, Iceland, Korea, Austria, Belgium, Colombia, Czech, Republic, Denmark, Finland, Indonesia, Ireland, Japan, Lebanon, Netherlands, New Zealand, Romania, Serbia, Russia, Turkey and Taiwan outside the US. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on the destination.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Gratitude Health is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages

Gratitude Health is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
