1. Order Processing
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order in our system.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within one (1) business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days after your order has shipped.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States.
3. International Shipping
- Availability: In addition to the United States, we ship to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Lebanon, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Singapore, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, and the United Kingdom.
- Delivery Times & Costs: International shipping times and costs vary by destination and are displayed at checkout.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Unless duties and taxes are collected at checkout, Gratitude Health is not responsible for any customs charges or taxes applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers are typically active within 24 hours of shipment.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, please contact our support team so we can assist you with a claim through the shipping carrier. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods, and where possible include photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label — these are required to file a claim.
