These products are definitely working for me...according to my CGM, my glucose stabilizes after taking my regiment and with a walk after eating. As reviewed before, when I'm feeling a bit bloated, helps with preventing heartburn if I take it before bed. I believe it also helps BG levels if I'm about to eat a fuller meal.

I ran across this company on Facebook. Listened to the ingredients and how they were sourced and processed. Decided to give it a try. Well, I'm 3 orders in and have recommended these products to others. They actually work well. I find it the hard way that they are effective. Took a dose of Berberine and Apple Cider Vinegar together in anticipation of eating a fair amount of occasional carbs and didn't eat them. Ended up having to eat something sweet to bring my numbers back up! It's a great tool to have in your diabetic arsenal.
