0K I've had Type 2 for 3 years and started at an AIC of 12.8 1 lost around 14kg by diet etc, stopped eating junk and started eating mostly fish and Veg, stopped soda and beer but still drink whiskey. I like that as Canadian base company and it does definitely help as long as you take the apple cider vinegar tablet before you eat however, the only problem that I have with this company is even though it’s Canadian based it’s being shipped from the US and I have to be charged $13 every time I order that’s the only part that I dislike everything else about this product. Help with my blood sugar levels. I had problems with my blood sugar levels going up of the night. They would be normal at night before bed 100 or less. Then first thing when I woke up of the morning they were in the 120’s ++. Taking this supplement at bedtime has helped my blood sugar stabilize.

I did not see too much of a difference my first month. However, not sure how consistent I was, to be honest. Month 2 wow, I lost 6 lbs and I was able to not crave sugar. Now, I will continue these great products forever!!! Thank you Grattitude!
